1. Max Payne's Past [Part 1 : The Darkness Inside . Prologue"

 In the first level in the hospital - soon after meeting the first enemy commando - you see some child drawings (5 sheets) on a glass pane. These drawings describe the plot of Max Payne 1 in short.

 

2. Dick Justice [Chapter 1 : Elevator Doors]

the televisions will be showing a TV show called 'Dick Justice'. This show is named for a commando's pet name for his gun in Max Payne, and the plot both parodies the original Max Payne and makes fun of a criticism of the original: "I had a permanent, constipated grimace on my face."

3. Hidden Sex Toy [Chapter 4 : No Us In This]

after the old lady is done talking about the "Cleaners" she will offer you some painkillers she has in the bathroom. If You Go Inside and Look behind the washing machine you will find a sex toy.

4. Singing Janitor [Chapter 4 : No Us In This]

Once You Find the Janitor with the passcode for the elevator you will notice he is singing. The song is called "Late Goodbye" and is performed by Poets of the fall.

The song is based on a poem wrtitten by same lake.
The Janitor is also cleaning some graffiti off the wall that says "Stay Frosty Baskinator" baskinator was an active member on the 3d realms forums

5.Hidden Game Trailer [Main Menu]

This egg is very hidden. Load up Max Payne 2 on your game console. At the screen where it says "Save File Loaded", STOP. Wait for 90 seconds. The hidden Max Payne 2 Trailer will start to play. 

 6.Mario Fireballs [Chapter 4: No Us In This]

outside on this ledge you should find the letter "M" on the wall. If you press the "Use" Key 3 Times fireballs will appear along the other ledges. This is a reference to super mario.

7.Kung Fu Mod [Chapter 6: A Linear Sequence Of Scares ]

This Easter Eggs is a reference to the popular kung fu mod for the original max payne created by Kenneth Yeung .

8. Late Goodbye Piano [Chapter 7: The Million Dollar Question]

9.Max Payne Theme Piano [Chapter 7: The Million Dollar Question]If You Press The "USE" key on the piano you can play The Max Payne theme song. Just like the first max payne game

10.In Memoriam [Chapter 7: The Million Dollar Question]If you walk along the ledge you can enter into a room with secret a memorial for one of the developers that died.

11.Grand Theft Auto [Chapter 7: The Million Dollar Question]
- Exit the room and kill everyone that is in the lobby
- After you kill everyone, go back into the room and watch the television and you should see a recreation of the original grand thef auto

12.DELIVERATOR [Chapter 4: Dearest Of All My Friends]If you look at the side of the van you will see the word deliverator this was the name of a vehicle from Remedy's Firt Game Death Rally
